    I thought about getting the black Odyssey case, but went with silver. It’s really more about what you like.

    The Odyssey case that I have is very prone to problems with the latch. It will still clip down, but not close all the way over time. Also, your 6000 will slip around inside/won’t hold in the foam.

    That being said, I have not had any damage thus far to the unit, and Odyssey told me that WD-40 will loosen the latch resistance and allow it to work.

    The laptop shelf is nice.

    Thanks for the tips. I think I’ll give the Odyssey black/silver flight case a shot then.
