    Congrats and well done. Definitely a precursor of more things to come.

    A bit more details would be nice for the forum as well. e..g type of gig, how long you played for, type of event, age group of crowd, how long your set was, what type of music you played… e.t.c

    Thanks, gbad. The gig was for a book signing and party. The age range was 45-55 years old. I assisted with the set up and break down, and played a set for maybe 40-45 minutes with R&B/Funk classics. We also played a couple of line dancing songs for the crowd to get the ladies up; works every time. Most of the time the guests were eating, talking and bobbing their heads to the music.
