    Well you cannot if your controller does not support the routing required for it… so the answer is: possibly.

    So what’s the “Catch Phrase” I should be looking for in the description on the box(or in a review) of the particular controller that interests me? I’m looking at the Kontrol S2 but there are others that caught my eye,like the Vestax VCi-400,,,,,

    Well the thing is: Traktor works best with NI hardware. That is usually the catch. So the S2 Mk II is a good bet.

    OK thanks,,I’ll look into it,,,,and you’re saying that with the S2 I can use an external mixer? Correct?

    Nope I did never test, it. What I said is:
    The chances that in the hundreds of possibilities in Traktor settings the best bet is on the S2 in terms that it might work.
