    Nah, the earth connection is to hook up the earth wire from good ole 1210s. Just keep rocking.

    The controller should be grounded (Earthed) through the mains connection via the IEC mains cable..

    Vintage is right though, the little screw-in “Earth” connection is for connecting turntables to which don’t have an phono pre-amp in them 🙂

    Hi There,

    if you look closely at the picture made by Mark (over at djworks.com), you would see there is one additional earthing connection, next to the power plug. Maybe this is what the OP is referring to?
    Any thoughts on what would be the purpose for that one?

    just ordered myself the NS7ii and hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.
