    I personally don’t know of any, doesn’t mean they don’t exist though. Anybody?

    At the end of the day, lot’s of stuff is the same. A pitchfader is a pitchfader and a jogwheel is a joghweel, if you know what I mean.

    No idea.
    There was a course once from a German DJ, but since he went all digital too, the course has been offline for over 3 years.
    So not really any idea about a course.

    There are still some DJ schools that offer CDJ mixing, but they also get more rare as the move to digital is also going on with them. For example the students I get through the local DJ connection have all moved to digital as well.

    My local DJ school is definitely still into CDJ teaching and setups. But that is only helpful if you are near here or willing to make a holiday out of it.

    I know there is also a Pioneer DJ School in several countries. They most definitely will still teach CDJ DJ-ing too.

    Why invest in a dying market?
    Unlike turntables for DVS turntablism a CDJ does no longer provide any real USP.
    So of course Pioneer will milk that market as long as they can and endorse big name DJs to use them, so kids will buy them as they think they are “pro”, but eventually it will die or become more of a niche.

    Yep, the Pioneer advantage is that their gear was so ridiculously expensive at the time of purchase that it doesn’t get tossed out by venue owners until it is really, really, really, shot 😀
