BeaTunes should be fine tho as it doesn’t touch your Traktor DB

i use mp3tag for id3 taggin on windows. key analysis in beatunes. bpm analysis and manual beatgridding in traktor. works best for my setup.

Just installed the demo of BeaTunes on the iMac and will test it out before installing on the DJ laptop.

It’s always better to do it manually. I just think programs stuff up little things when you know it’s right.

I love beatunes, I run it in the backround and when im stuck for a song I go in and find the song im playing and then organise my bpm and key and usually find one in the genre im playing, this is handy to find stuff you dont play often then usually gives me a bridge to find another song 🙂

After looking and looking I am gonna try Jaikoz. I dl’d the trial and it seems pretty straightforward. A little research is required and it seems a bit overwhelming but I think it may be the best fit to start my tagging. I’ll update after I give it a go..
