    You don’t *need* a Midi mixer: you can just get the Denons controlling software decks and mix externally using the mixer you have. We don’t have any of this gear here though so hard to give specific advice.

    As Phil said No you do not need a midi mixer.

    Connect both your S1200’s to computer via USB and both S1200s to you mixer as if you scould play CD’s

    This way you can use you S1200’s via MIDI, USB or CD 🙂
