My personal favorite is the Numark iDJ Pro. Best way of integrating iPad in a controller as it sits flush INSIDE the unit (rather than most other solutions where it sits semi-upright at the back-end of the controller.

The only thing it lacks is channel faders, but it has a good cross-fader and getting used to the rotary channel knobs is no biggy.

XLR outputs are there, as are mic input and aux input (for backup for your backup). Decent jogs, no stuff like performance pads. Does have loop buttons. Reasonably portable, price is ok I think.

WeGO3 is all you need and it sounds amazing. If you want to spend some real money, step up to the Reloop Beatpad. I wish I had one but it’s super duper expensive.

Very satisfied with the Reloop Beatpad. The Beatpad 2 should be available soon.

I personally can’t get used to the button layout of the WeGo, surrounding the jogwheel and so tight to it. Just me of course.

The BeatPad would be my choice before the WeGo.

As I said though, I have seen/felt the way the iPad sits in the BeatPad and as with all these setups, you don’t want to use it in an open booth (where -drunk- people can get to it) and if you touch it, there is that bounce that comes from the iPad only being held in place by the bottom rim.
