    Well the Beatmix definitely can get the job done.
    I use the Reloop Terminal Mix with VDJ Pro and it works fine.
    However I think you need the VDJ Pro Version to broadcast directly from VDJ. In my case it works fine.

    Hi Terry thanks for the quick reply, good point about broadcast functions for the software, will ck it out. The station have advised I use Simple Cast to link live so will see if the VDJ version is good to go etc

    I have a weekly radio show on an internet radio channel on Ustream, normally I record it at home and send it to the studio, but once I did a live show. Can’t remember what DJ controller there was, but what they did was having a seperate computer that receives the audio through the mic input and then broadcasts it on Ustream. However, I don’t think you need a seperate computer, if you use Ustream, you could both load VDJ and Ustream, Take a RCA-jack cable, so the RCA part you plug into your dj controller (so look for a dj controller that has that output capability) and put the jack into the mic input on your computer and configure Ustream to broadcast that.

    VDJ can broadcast most formats on its own. You just have to configure the broadcast server. However you need the Pro version to do it via a controller.

    all useful things to think of guys cheers, worth doing some homework to save any hassles in the future, think @ the mo Im leaning towards the Beatmix (mainly cos of the cool design and also the skin on VDJ, lol)

    Please give us your feedback on the Beatmix since I’m leaning towards getting that or the Mixage. By the way where did you order from? I’m in the US and looks like no retailer here has it yet. I might have to look abroad to get.
