Hi Aaron, and welcome! Thank you for sharing your story! Seems like you are well underways to building skill and that you’ve got your workflow figured out. I can relate to the “This is too much – I’m not a DJ!” thoughts. I’ve had those thoughts myself, and they’ve been the grind that has kept me away from taking the first step.
Then one day, quite recently, I decided it’s time to take that first step, take a chance, give it a go. You don’t really know if you are good at something, before you give it a try. I’m new in here myself, but I can +1 your comment about a welcoming and kind community – and for me – that’s very important. To be able to share my successes and failures with others that understand, to walk the path from the basic headaches up the stairs – for me – it wouldn’t be fun to do that alone.
