    Hmmmm

    in the interest of trying to help and keep my flaming to a minimum I’d say its probably a driver related issue. Not every soundcard (especially el cheapo’s) will be compatible with a mac either.

    Hey Steelo..

    i was guessing the same , but since i am not a pro DJ. i just wanna do it as a hobby at home. Thats the reason i didn’t invest so much in the sound card , as i assumed that cheap one would work.

    Can you please suggest the cheapest alternative I would have to resolve my problem.

    Appreciate any help.

    It was written a while ago but I know some of these would still be available. The NI Audio 2 is a go-to budget model thats very popular.
