I used the flash of light track in my mix as well — bad ass track (I started with one version and finished with the other version I bought). Currently got my headphones on to review my own mix (uploading to SC as we speak) but I will take a listen just as soon as I can. Thanks for posting

Very nice selection. I would up the tempo a little, if you use a master tempo I think 126 is a good compromise. This is a little too slow.
Work your mix, stay in it longer.. more harmonic mixing would be good, as well. there’s some clashes in here you need to watch out for. Do you know your tracks’ key? I would start keeping up with this information; you ought to know for each track the BPM it’s set at originally and its key.
I like that you’re able to mix it up proghouse and deep house as well. Commercially speaking it’s important to keep your proghouse skills sharp, as proghouse is what people listen to in club…

Love the track choice on this (not too dissimilar to my last mix :). I’d echo Nadal’s comments regarding key mixing, but disagree with his comments regarding tempo.. this sort of house works better for me around 120 – 124, it gives the tracks chance to breathe. The only other thing I’d say is maybe building the mix up a little more, although the tracks themselves are great, I always like mixes that leave me in a different place to where I started. But when the tracks are good, it’s a minor quibble.

Thank you both for your feedback! It’s really much appreciated and taken into consideration!

@Nadal: Thanks for your comments. But as far as tempo is concerned, i had to mix tunes with a tempo variety of 116-121.
So i chose a master tempo of 118 bpm, which i considered to be best, in order the tracks to keep their original “taste”.
I’ll try to get my hands on harmonic mixing.I haven’t deal with this important sector at all, to be honest..

@Rodders: Thanks for your comments too. I’m really excited that someone likes my track-choices so much!
