lol just got to one of those electronics stores and get one, you know the ones that says “50% of everything” or “closing out sale” on the window ever though they’ll be their next year and the year after. Though its not recommended that you use another power supply that isn’t from Numark from what I was told. But it basically the same thing, my Numark N4 was acting up and I sent it to one of Numark’s repair stations, they sent it back to me but forgot to send the power supply so I just went around the corner and brought one. You can see in the pic the small one is the numark one and the big one is the one I brought. Just make sure that it meets the specs.

The only problem is all the products on amazon look a little shotty/unreliable after reading the few reviews if any that the different pages had. I’m looking for a US 120V AC to 12V 2A DC transformer, If any of you know a good site or company please let me know because the last thing I want is to have my mixer cable snap the day of the gig.

I tried one of those replacement power supplies from Amazon – the manufacturer and specs were identical to that of the power supply for my Denon MC3000 but, I neglected to check the size of the tip and it was non-starter. Fortunately, the seller tried to help me out but, again, it was a non-starter and they were kind enough to refund me. Lesson learned. Got the part number of the OEM power supply from Denon and where to order but, the price is YIKES compared to Amazon.

Just go to a music store, espeically ones that sell synths, electric pianos and keyboards. Tell them you are looking for a 12V, 2A Centre-Positive DC plug. I got a nice Yahama plug that cost me a pretty penny (about $40) but it had a long cord, was made out of good materials and felt nice and heavy. Good power plugs are hard to find but if you find one, buy it!
