    For practicing at home, my Laptop, my pen-drive with all my music and a Mix track Pro 2.

    For gigs, usually the managers are able to pay for renting a pair of Pioneer CDJs or an SX/SZ.

    Oh ok..I got a Numark Mixtrack Quad and I got a Macbook air 13″

    Will that be fine..or what do u think do I need to buy a mixer board as well for additinal Gain Control??

    DAW? I’m running Ableton Live 9 suite. I feel it’s the best piece of software ever created by mankind.

    But it’s quite expensive. If you haven’t decided a DAW yet, try REAPER. It’s a fantastic one that I learnt production on.

    Oh and my name is Quicknight…. Not DJ Quicknight. 🙂
