Easiest way is to clone the disk, this makes the new disk an exact copy of the old one. Boot with an option of picking what disk to start windows from, obviously chosing the new disk. Format the old disk and you can use it as a clean disk.

There are several (both paid and free) disk cloning programs around. Most require you to make a bootable CD/DVD/USB-stick and then allow you to clone the disks outside of windows. This ensures you get an exact copy as no files on the HDs will be in use.

Also, there is no reason to lose RB data. You can just copy that over manually within windows as well. Still, I’d recommend the cloning option.
