CDJ 2000 kan be linked together for a number of functions.
One is if you put an USB stick in one CDJ2000
both CDJ2000s can read and play tunes from it.
Another reason is that Pio has their own SW called Recordbox.
When used you can read all the usb drives and pull songs to CDJ2000s

Until recently I was using CDJ-2000 on my regular Saturday night gig. Was using them as a Controller and as a player. The Sharing of the USB stick over the network cable is great. I would show up, pop my stick in, and go. WOuldnt have to worry about which deck had which tracks.

Ive seen a pretty ballin’ setup with 4 CDJ-2000s networked together.
If only I had 8k and a mixer laying around ….=)

My first set of dj headphones and I’m only at home right now so no complaints. I’m sure they will serve as a decent back up pair eventually. I don’t know if I have a big neck or the cups are super large but they are a little tight when hanging around my neck. Also wish they had the coiled cord.

They’re my backup pair as well and I agree about it being a noose around you neck, I like to be able to walk around with headphones, especially when theyre so bulky, but they’re pretty comfortable on my head
