Nope, you can’t. Gotta do your own homework. We are not here to do that for you.

There is only one CDJ worthy of purchasing at this moment and that is the CDJ-2000 Nexus, preferably with a DJM-900 Nexus mixer.

As with all things expensive, if you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can’t afford it. Total cost of the Nexus set is around 5.000 euro.

For around 1.000 euro you can get a very good controller with software. All you need to add is a laptop, which you might already own and you are set. WAY more features and possibilities than with a Nexus setup.

Choice is yours, but I can tell you I would never invest in CDJ gear anymore.

    Currently only viable CDJ system:
    2x CDJ 2000 Nexus player
1x DJM 900 Nexus SRT Edition
    Total cost: > 5000

Anything else will be really bad and not worth buying so you do not need a list.

Viable mid range controller that can actually do more than all the above:
    reloop Terminal Mix 8
Total cost (including Serato DJ license): 550
    Upkeep: 0
Satisfaction that you just saved money and can actually do more than with all the above: priceless

DJing with CDJs has become quite outdated according with me (pls don’t get me wrong here, there is nothing wrong in cdj-style mixing). but since the arrival of all-in-one controllers, cdj’s hv begun to lose their glamour. u get added features, more portability at very low costs and extremely low (if not 0) maintenance.

and just to remind u that this is a forum not a shop. go get urself a catalog for that stuff. or better yet, get the buyer’s guide that is available on this site.

remember, everyone here will tell u to ditch cdjs and get urself a gud controller.
