What OS are you using?
Did you install the asio drivers before, after,or during the first time you plugged in the unit?
What devices show up in Traktor in the audio device options?
Can you use the device “just as controller” while using let’s say, ASIO4ALL, as a test?
Can you open up another audio program, for instance, Albleton Live, and see if the denon shows up as an Audio Interface?
If all else fails, I would try unistalling the audio interface driver, (if it is there), and then re-installing.
Windows 7, is not “supposed” to require you to use the same USB port, as the initial install. However, occasionally with audio devices, strange things happen when not using the same port.
