SOOOOOOOO,
Today something finaly clicked with in that grey mass in the head of the reseller.
They somehow now think that the knobs don’t really good (still not saying that it’s just really bad quality), but it’s a start.
Also the repair service now says that it could also be usage but don’t rule out production error.
Well whatever XD it’s not usage cause I still need to learn how to use that knob haha.
But at least there are signs of improvement.
Let’s hope for the best 🙂
