Best controller with phono or line in

Not sure where this would fall with exchange rates, but on the budget you’re talking about your options for new gear are a little limited. Phono preamps tend to be the stuff of the more high end gear.

That said, the American Audio VMS4.1 would tick most of your boxes. I’m personally not a fan, but I do have a couple of friends with them and they’ve been very happy with the units.
