I would look into the Magma range of bags. They are reasonably priced and built to last a lifetime.
IMHO there is no chance to get both under 150 though. While there are some cheap stands out there, I have not seen a single one under 50 bucks that is worth anything. A decent stand, especially for such a big laptop it should be stable, will cost you at least around 100 bucks alone.

Yea, I’ve been doing research and some bags are even over 200$ 🙁

EDIT: I’m pretty close to buying a the Big Namba, it’s currently going for under 100$, I’m worried about the straps ripping, which seems to be the most common complaint.
