Usually the PA will take stereo inputs before summing to mono. As a rule good PA’s will have far superior summing amps than that which sets mono for a controller soundcard. So, unless you are really required to supply mono out, I’d say don’t worry about it.

By the way, the bulk of the power (i.e. Low frequencies) are already effectively mono.
