    No problemo… the contact link is dark grey on black at the bottom of the page, so it is easy to overlook it…

    Tried everything and can’t see a phone number on that page, everytime I go to update the firmware on the UsbUsg updater, I just get “Time out error”…

    Don’t know what I can do to fix that

    I dumped that thing and went with a Twitch. Couldn’t be happier. Novation’s customer service is absolutely top notch.

    Reloop, idk maybe they’re better overseas but I was getting no response from them. When I did hear from them it was weeks after I returned the Jockey for the Twitch, even then they told to me to bring it to an Authorized Service Center. Nearest one is 4 hours from me. And it was even a bitch getting that place to help me.

    It’s a shame too, the Jockey looked and felt really nice for the 5 minutes it was working for me.

    I’ve had similar experiences to Dan. Had a Digital Jockey for 7 months. Tried contacting Reloop , but never heard back from them. Their customer service is really poor. Even after several emails and then contacting them via Facebook, they took 6 week further weeks to reply. By then, I’d also bought a Novation Twitch. I never use the Digital Jockey now and would never, ever consider buying another Reloop product. Novation’s customer service is the best I’ve come across and can’t praise them highly enough.
