I dumped that thing and went with a Twitch. Couldn’t be happier. Novation’s customer service is absolutely top notch.
Reloop, idk maybe they’re better overseas but I was getting no response from them. When I did hear from them it was weeks after I returned the Jockey for the Twitch, even then they told to me to bring it to an Authorized Service Center. Nearest one is 4 hours from me. And it was even a bitch getting that place to help me.
It’s a shame too, the Jockey looked and felt really nice for the 5 minutes it was working for me.
