That’s basically it unless you go Numark & do the Mixdeck Express & Quad. They look dated but will serve your purpose. Otherwise, I think most people who want what your asking for go CDJ route with a Serato Box. Really, if you can ditch the CD part, you can just do controller & laptop and get along just fine. But your call. If you are willing to spend the time, just look up all the major “DJ” brand websites and see what you can find. You might find what you’re looking for from someone most people wouldn’t think about.

A brand that might have what you’re looking for is American Audio. Again, dated looking but will serve your purposes if you are set on having/using CDs.

    Pioneer XDJ-R1 perhaps?

Word of warning, it’s not exactly best of both worlds. The only reason I even bother with CDs anymore is by way of backup, so having your CD-players built into your controller makes no sense. You controller dies on you, still no backup.

If you are, for some reason you haven’t mentioned, set on using CDs AND music from DJ software, I’d get something that has a 4-channel mixer part which is standalone also. Hook up two media-players (Numark NDX-500 or the latest Reloops).

Just my two cents as usual.

Tip for future posts: If you want the best help we can give you, motivate your question with WHY do you want that and with any other info you can give us. More fun and easier for us that way.

HI, I’d like to use USB, MIDI or SD as an option in my mixing,

I’ll look at the two Numark NDX-500’s & the 4 channel.

I dont want to use Cd’s as i’ve always kind of stuck to digital DJing on MIDI controllers.

More on USB, SD, MIDI, but with a mixer and two CDJ’s (or similar) to mix with.

    thanks.

If you don’t want to use CDs, why do you want a controller with built in CD decks?

    My sentiments exactly, Todd.

If you want to use USB (RekordBox) and Midi (DJ software) – and I don’t quite see the advantage of using SD next to USB frankly – then the XDJ-RX might tick all your boxes.
