    Check out http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/dj/traktor-pro-2/?page=1991

As far as licencing goes, you buy one, install the disc, and upgrade the license as you wish. So it’s all one program.

The confusion comes from Traktor Pro and Traktor Scratch Pro being marketed and sold as separate programs even though they are identical in function with one just having DVS support. When someone new to Traktor comes in it’s hard to understand that there’s no upgrade option to Scratch form regular Pro. That couple with the multiple upgrade options for Scratch gets really confusing if you haven’t wrapped your head around the way NI does it.

As far as Duo for either version goes the comparison chart explains it well enough imo.

There is two + two versions.
If you need timecode there is two versions of T2 scrtach T2S Duo/Pro
If you don’t need timecode there is two versions Duo / pro

So if you use some kind of spinning platter you need timecode otherwise you don’t.

Duo or Pro you have to check the link above to see what version you need.
Duo has 2 decks and less support to change views, fewer efx and some other limitations.
Pro has all the extras 4 deck or 2 deck +8 samledecks or 3 decks and 4 samledecks.
A lot of efx and so on……. You have to decide if it is woth the extra money….
