    Nice – From the Philippines myself… but I’m from Baguio…. How’s the DJ scene in the PI? I remember when I was back there living in Manila, it was a lot of hip hop and occasionally some house/techno music.

    Hello DJ Gre! Nice to know there’s another Filipino here.
    Well, the scene now, I would say is more on RnB and the Top 40/Commercial hits.
    Majority of the Filipino will dance if you drop popular tunes.
    However, there are also huge follower of house music. In Manila, they would love their house music mash up. In southern part they are more into minimal, tribal, progressive and don’t like mash up very much.

    Why part of the PI are your from?
    I’m originally from Manila, but based in Cebu now. I love this resort island!

    I’m originally from La Union, then moved to Baguio for a long time, then Manila for a couple of years. Never got to go to Cebu, but know that’s a great place – a lot of friends of mine lived there or went for vacation. closest I got was Boracay!

    My mom is from Viseyas so when we visit we stay there and sometimes stay at my uncle’s in Tuburan.
    We also go downtown Cebu for long periods of time staying a hotels and stuff 🙂
