    Not to put you off, but that’s really a question for the DJ TechTools forums dude. There’s a VCI-100 SE specific section of the forum over there with many more people who might have had that problem than you’re likely to find here.

    Dj Tech Tools is a little swamped right now . . . I tried them about 2-3 weeks ago and no response. figured I’d give this forum a shot since a lot of people on here are controller users.

    Right, let’s try and sort it here then. What exactly have you tried in terms of importing the files?

    The order should be:

    1. Delete all mappings. If you have mappings for other controllers that you’ll need later, export them somewhere safe.
    2. Import with the big import button at the bottom of the controller editor, making sure you import both mapping and effects settings.
    3. Repeat step 2.
    4. Restart Traktor.

    If this doesn’t work, reinstall traktor and try again.
