Some general troubleshooting tips here:
Make sure that both X1’s ARE NOT both set to “All Ports” under MIDI settings – they both need their individual ports.
With the mapping, one X1 should be set to control decks A & B, the other should be set to control decks C & D

Any other hints I’ve forgotten?
