I would ask you to post a screen shot please. I have an idea what might be going on but a screen shot would confirm it.

hmm .. if autogain is on and you change the settings to 12 o’clock on both, you undo the autogain and the original track levels come out? And since no 2 tracks are ever the same in level, that could be audible.

Get a screenshot on there and let’s hear what Drew has to say on the matter 😎

Chuck, you said ALMOST exactly what I was thinking! Except I was thinking no auto gain is on at all and he needs to manually adjust the gain. 🙂

I guess we both think it’s a gain setting thing then 🙂

Hey Ryan. It sounds like what you’re describing happened to me last week. The music coming from Deck B would be significantly higher than what was coming from Deck A using the same track. I tried it with the same song to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind.

To add insult to injury, it appeared the EQ settings on the mixer and Traktor were in sync, but it wasn’t until I turned each knob when the problem corrected itself. The LOW FILTER EQ seemed to have been the culprit because it was the last knob I turned when the sound came back fully.

Also, you may want to close out Traktor completely and re-open it to see if that corrects itself too.
