You’ll need to use the vdjscript scripting language here:
    http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VDJscript

    Some relevant verbs:

    • eq_high : set the treble equalizer.
    • eq_mid : set the medium equalizer.
    • eq_low : set the bass equalizer.
    • eq_kill_high : mute the treble.
    • eq_kill_mid : mute the medium.
    • eq_kill_low : mute the bass.

Thanks for that. Is there no other ways to do it?

Also can I mapp a key to move the deck volume by a small amount each time. And to move the high mid and low up or down at a small amount?

    Thanks again.
    Aaron.

Sorry, I’m far from an expert at virtual DJ – some more info at this link:

Keyboard mapping is kind of tedious, just have to read and play around until you get what you want. And yeah, there’s another way – if you have the pro full version, pick up an inexpensive controller like Numark Mixtrack Pro or Hercules DJControl Instinct. Both of these have built in sound cards, which you’ll need anyway. Much easier than a keyboard 😉

Indeed there is an excellent mapping for the mixtrack pro.
