    What type of event is it? What time are you playing from until?

    I’ve Got A Feeling by black eyed peas….it’s overdone….but its perfect for an opener song (if you’re not playing a club)

    Depending on what the event is and the time you start at are key factors on how you should start your set.

    Like everyone said else said, gig circumstances is crucial, its also good to have folder of opening songs that work more times than not. If your playing to a house/electro friendly crowd this work all the time for me
