We have a video upcoming from Musikmesse 2013 about the Jockey 3 Remix. There you will see the mapping manager and what Reloop did to make that work.
I would have to say that: Yes this is doable, but you really would have to be a mapping wizard. There are sometimes 6 to 10 functions mapped to a single key or slider and macroed together.
So basically you can get a pad and slider controller like the lpd8 to do similar things, but unless you are REALLY good at Traktor mappings you might never get it in this quality.
So if these functions are really important to you, you might want to be better off getting this controller (which is 4 channels in Traktor look at the video which is coming within the next days on our blog).

You’d probably need a couple of extra controllers and a whole lot of time and knowledge to map them accordingly. It’s been designed in such a way that it’s almost like there are 3 shift levels.
If you want a controller that does what the Jockey 3 does, why not just buy the Jockey? After getting hands on with it, i reckon it’s hard to beat in its price range if you’re using Traktor + sample decks.
