    Hey it’s only a dumb idea if it doesn’t work out.And even then it’s not really dumb it just wasn’t thought through enough.A good thing you could do with the Mixtrack,if you are gonna hack the mapping think about what you’d want it to do for you to add to your already considerable control with the S4.

    Thanx i dont really know what i wanna do with it yet but im still thinking and i know the s4 is great it has everything i want and more but nobody wanted to buy my mixtrack pro so i thought i would try and do something with it so if anyone has any ideas they would be appreciated.

    You shoudl turn it into an effects controller! if your into using effects. I have maschine mikro and I made my own mpapping….5 banks of 16 different fx presets in traktor. Not gonna lie it took me about a month too do. Testing things out, taking breaks, work etc; but it was well worth it.

    Think of the commonly used effects you use and the combinations and map them into one button.
