    sounds like a mapping issue. Restart Traktor and choose s2 from the setup wizard. Delete all previous mappings before

    How do I delete all the old mappings, but I have never use mapping in the S2. Thanks for your help

    Check out the Traktor manual that came with the software. There are screenshots in how to setup the S2.

    Is it both play buttons? I find it hard to believe it would be a hardware issue of both sides go out at same time. If resetting the mappings to default did not help, do a reinstall. How long have you had it?

    I did a reinstall yesterday and it didn’t help. Is only 14 months old and I have used it only 5 times. i even bought a new laptop with much faster hardware and no luck. Thanks for your help.
