    Hi and welcome.
Well this depends a little on what software you want to use…
If you want to use Traktor, then the S4 is a good option.
If you want Serato DJ and rotating platters then the NS 7 II is obviously good (so is the Pioneer DDJ SX)
If you want to map the controller yourself and use any software then the VCI 400 is a good choice, but it is the most complicated controller of the bunch. I did not hear about any problems with Windows 7 and the 400, but then I am using a MacBook…

    1) Actully i like the jog wheels of the numark ns 7 II and its little big n looks like a pro dj player but cant i use traktor softwere on it n do u think it wil last atleast for 3 years without any prob atleast with the moterised jog wheels.
    2) I think i can use serato on s4 too right but the prob is its too coman n not dat attractive overall its a very very good player i heard very reliable n portable its like 9 out of 10 but some how i would not want s4.
    3) vestax vci 400 wow i would love to have dis player but as u said its too complecated but dats not a prob with me the big thing is its mapping files…. and all dat stuff and i hv a dought that it might give me problems with my pc
Do you think my PC spec is good enough for all this players without any problems.
thanks for ur reply terry plz put a bingo n tell me which player should i choose its your call sir thanks a lot for ur help… peace V

    1) No it will not integrate the jogwheels with traktor. Yes it will hold up, it is very good quality.
    2) No Serato will not run on the S4.
    3) The problem is: If you want it done right, then you will have to map it by yourself. So no mapping files, all handy work and this can be very complicated. Except if you use Serato DJ with it. Then it comes perfectly pre-mapped.

I am not telling you what to buy, you have to make up your mind. I am just answering specific questions, I cannot tell you what you will like more.

Since the NS 7 II is not even available in stores yet, I cannot comment if it makes any problems.
Serato is known to have problems with AMD CPUs but so is Traktor.

I feel you on the ns7 II, I’ve been craving it ever since I saw the first picture. Was playing on an ns7 at guitar center today, the platters feel SOOOOOOO much better than my 4trak. It’s kinda like playing a cheap synthesizer, then playing on weighted keys. I just can’t go back
