    Well it seems to me that you want more of an effects type controller/software? If so then yes, S4 is the way. You can do so much stuff and have it not be a hassle, using the f1 is a really big help also.

    Exactly! Im gonna order the s4 in 2 days on djtechtools cause its 100 hundred bucks off. Thanks for your help making my decision!

    I had the same dilemma. I went the route of the Vestax VCI-400 with Traktor. It works almost seamlessly. The only reason I didn’t go with the S4, though, it that my friend had one and his was buggy sometimes.

    The 4Track is a good option too. I like it.

    I love my Vestax. It does absolutely everything I need and want it to do, and I personally think it is better quality than the S4. The pads it has are extremely useful. The only thing that I can think of that is not too great is the jogs, but besides that everything is fantastic. I’m not a huge scratcher anyway, so the jog wheels aren’t such a big deal to me
