The problem is that for motorized platters you need really tight software integration.
The only jogwheels that support native mode in Traktor are NIs controllers (apart from some CDJs) on every other controller you have a slight (e.g. 4Trak, DigitalJockey) or severe (e.g. Terminal Mix) downside to the jog latency and resolution.
This is one way that NI forces you to buy their controllers or vendors to pay a premium for the integration.
On the other hand Serato from the start had one of the tightest and most latency free implementations of high res midi and HID, so this is prolly why they went for Serato with the NS7.
The only way to get the same from Traktor is to get a CDJ with motorized platters and use it with Traktor Scratch Pro license through a Traktor certified mixer. (Or the newest Denons I think have native Midi mode for Traktor), but this is of course at least 3000 to 5000 bucks of equipment you need to shelf out.
