Windows will never come out with Service Pack 2 so it is safe for you to upgrade Itch. Proof Below

When does this problem occur? Does it happen all the time or is it just when you are recording a mix?
If this is happening while u are NOT recording a mix it could be 1 or 2 things : Your cache is too low OR there is something wrong with ur ram.
If this is happeneing while u are recording a mix it could be the 2 above OR it could be that you have too much stuff in your Disk Space. In order to clean these up below is a webpage on how you can increase your disk space

It could be that your virtual memory could be low so you can try to increase it. Steps on how to do so are located below. The last option on the page above also explains how to increase your virtual memory.

If it is neither of these errors I will need some more information. Can you give me the exact error code found…as well is this a Windows pop up or an ITCH pop up…as the error codes are very different.
