I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve with this app. What kind of content would it contain? I can’t imagine anything more than a combination of all your facebook/mixcloud/twitter. I don’t think I’d pay for an extra app when I could be getting all this information through the regular channels that I’m already watching. Curious to hear what your plans with the app are 🙂

I do not think so. Many have tried and failed, there are so many DJ and radio streaming apps out there and the only ones that get downloaded are spotify and tunemark radio, with some high profile radio stations like radio FG here in europe (which I love). So if you want to get on there, you prolly have more luck getting exposure if you can get on a good streaming station etc.

Other than that I cannot see what such an app might offer, besides what facebook can already do.

I think the reason it appealed to me when i first was told about it was the fact you can consolidate everything all into one place so your fans dont have to go flicking from soundcloud to Facebook to the events section on your website etc, to get the info they want. Its all just there at the click of a button. Plus now with Facebook charging you to ridiculous money to reach all your fans i was thinking this good be a cheaper option and faster.

I need to do some research on it really see whats available!

People download and throw away apps by the dozen. Won’t really help in case you hope this will consolidate your marketing to one place.

Apps are tricky and are most often a miss than a hit.
