    The only thing I can think of is your audio device, it should be set to Traktor Kontrol S2 ASIO, if your using your computers sound card then that will be your problem.

    no I’m sure I chose that audio device. here’s the sample: http://soundcloud.com/user8679552/why-does-my-traktor-mix-have you’ll notice that it has no bass although the treble is pretty fine I guess.
