    Well first of all, if you have a long gig and no added ear protection, then I used to use my headphones. They isolate sound pretty well 😉 and only lift them for monitoring purposes…

    If you want to produce, DJ and especially hear TV and your friends at later age, a custom molded musician earplug set is a modest investment.
