Not up to speed on the intricacies of RB backup/restore or it’s folder structure in detail. Sorry.

Is there anyone out there who would like to spread their visdom?

Ive been told to go to the backup file and update, but when I do that nothing happens unless I press enter then it seems they are all all individual tracks or albums, Im trying to establish just a one hit solution.
