Hey, Larry! Great to read your story. I am following closely with you, almost 60. I recently recreated the DJ, anticipating company layoffs and difficulty rejoining the IT environment at my age. I’ve done mostly volunteer DJs for fund raisers, the last couple years. The layoff was inevitable, and I am gearing to go professional. Things are just starting to take off. I also got into DMX lighting, a few months ago. Trying to make a go of it with a Windows tablet and USB-to-DMX controller with software. Still working out the kinks, but having a blast!
