I am really sorry but I do not understand what advise you would like.
Obviously you have a lot of gear, which is questionably OKish, but I do not see what you want to achieve yet with that gear.
Can you maybe ask a friend to translate for you?

OK I put like this I need advice for turntable set up

    Pioneer plx 1000×2
    Mixer djm900 or 450 pioneer
    Since pioneer is available only
So what is the good set-up with plx1000 turntable ?

    Xdj 1000 nxs2 x2
    Mixer djm900 900 or 450 pioneer

And whigh software is best suited

Answering as simply as possible, hope it translates ok.

Here are your possible setups and software compatibility:

    1) PLX-1000 x 2, DJM-450. (Software: rekordbox only.) *Note: You also need RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl x 2

    2) PLX-1000 x 2, DJM-900NXS. (Software: rekordbox/Traktor.) *Note: You also need RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl x 2 for rekordbox or TRAKTOR SCRATCH Control Vinyl x 2 for Traktor.

    3) XDJ-1000MK2 x 2, DJM-450. (Software: rekordbox only.)

    4) XDJ-1000MK2 x 2, DJM-900NXS. (Software: rekordbox only.)

    5) PLX-1000 x 2, XDJ-1000MK2 x 2, DJM-900NXS. (Software: rekordbox only.) *Note: You also need RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl x 2

    The PLX-1000 is a turntable.

I do not see a Xdj 1000 nxs2, I think you mean the XDJ-1000MK2. This is a controller made to feel like a CDJ.

For turntables, you will need control vinyl to play music with software.

It boils down to XDJ vs Turntables. It’s really a matter of personal preferences. For turntables, will you be interested in scratching, beat juggling and other turntablism techniques? If not, perhaps the more feature rich XDJ might be for you. Also, don’t forget, you will need to buy timecode vinyl for whichever software you are going to use.

If you decide to go with #1 though, why do you want the DDJ-SP1? The only thing it adds is Serato support and physical cue buttons. Do you want to only use Serato? Or perhaps you want the physical buttons? It certainly seems like a rather convoluted setup to get the functionality of a controller!

So why not get a unit with all the features, the DDJ-SZ? It pretty much has everything in one simple package, is made for Serato, which means general setting up is a breeze, and would probably cost much less. The only major difference is the lack of touchscreens.

I see, and I’m guessing you also want the cue buttons and other features it comes with. Perhaps you could think about the following setup:

    Pioneer PLX-1000 X 2
    DDJ-RX or DDJ-RZ
    RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl x 2
rekordbox dvs software purchase (DDJ-RX only, DDJ-RZ comes with software)

The DDJ-RX/RZ is a controller which mixer can work as a standalone mixer as well. With the rekordbox dvs software purchased and the control vinyls, it should come in at around the same price or less as either of your setups.

This means you will have access to:
2 controller decks on the DDJ-RX/RZ
    2 Turntable decks

More for the price of less!
