On-topic: Not sure what you mean by “will it work”. Do you mean can you hook it up (lightning or 30-pin connector), should the iPad be retina or not, should I have a certain amount of memory, should I be running the latest version of the iOS, does it matter what processor is in the iPad, etx.?
As far as I know the BP2 works will all iPads. My iPad is from 2012 I think and I have used that with a Numark iDJ Pro controller for a few years without a hitch.
