    Read some of the recent articles on (the demise of) SoundCloud over at the main site. I seem to recall that some alternatives are offered there as well.

    It’s tough. I used to have some mashups on SC, but they killed them. Now I just host them on my own site.

    You can use https://hearthis.at/ for mixes, mashups and tracks.

    I’ve used Soundcloud without issue recently, but yeah, use at your own risk.

    YouTube maybe? don’t the artists get paid royalties when advertisements are viewed on videos containing their content?
