Uhm … because the output from the headphone jack is always the cue output, never the master?

I know it isn’t the master. Do I need to plug in actual speakers with rca to hear the other channels?

Ok, I thought you said you had the SX, my bad. I think all channels should work, as long as you change the deck selector from 1 to 3 or 2 to 4. On the SX each has it’s own channel fader. On the SR I think the selector also changes which channel sound is sent to the fader. But I am not 100% on that one.
