    Did you happen to upgrade your iMac to El Capitan?

    If so, the latest version of Serato should be downloaded and there is a list with gear that is still giving problems I think.

    i have the latest version of serato but it doesnt work.. 🙁

    From the website of Serato:

    Issues with Pioneer devices

    Although Pioneer have released updated drivers Serato DJ is not yet compatible when used with OS X El Capitan and the DJM-S9, DJM-900SRT and the DDJ-SZ.

    So apparently the SZ is not yet Serato-supported with El Capitan. Probably a Pioneer driver issue.

    Always a good idea to hold off upgrading an operating system til the early problems have been solved.
