    seem to recall there was a priblem that got solved by a firmware upgrade for the Vestax.

    So am I pretty much screwed since Vestax is out of business? or is there somewhere i can get that firmware upgrade?

    Google it. More often then not, it’ll find what you’re looking for. I saw a friend play his first battle format show on his 300 and killed it. So I know there’s bound to be something out there for Serato at least as that’s what he uses.

    I think you got told that in the post where you announced you were thinking about getting one 🙂

    I am actually sure it mentioned the risk in getting that controller in that reply, because I was the one replying.

    Even if you can find something now, there will 100% sure not be anything new. So any big change in the software and there will not be an update from Vestax.

    Keep in mind that the VCI 300 series was aimed for Serato ITCH, which got discontinued and replaced with Serato DJ
