    That’s just a simple rising sine wave synth – cue’d a few times and with an echo effect applied. Therefore, you won’t find an exact copy of that sound anywhere..

    Take the first 3 secs of this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uh_Zw3Flh1A), press the cue button on Beats 1, 1.75, 2.25 and 3 and apply some echo with either a 1/4 or 1/2 time slot with about 40% feedback.. Sorted 🙂

    The controller shown is a DDJ-RZ (similar to the SZ). The sound effect is build into the unit’s mixer and can be modified by tweaking knobs on the controller itself. What bob6397 said is probably the easiest way to achieve a similar sound.

    I know that siren. It’s the same one Todd Terry used in his anthem “Can You Party”, only they added effects.

    Looking on WhoSampled.com, it’s the opening siren from “King of the Beats” by Mantronix.
